NEW! School ERP Pro Payroll System

The District is excited to have our first payroll processed in the new School ERP Pro (also known as Infinite Visions) software with the January 4, 2024 payroll. You may have seen your Direct Deposit remittance in your email inbox already!
As a reminder, there are now two ways to digitally access your Direct Deposit remittance. There will no longer be paper copies of Direct Deposit remittances sent by the District Office. Live checks will be handled as they have always been.
First, your Direct Deposit remittance is sent via email to your work email address. Given that this is new, you may need to check your SPAM folder if it is not in your inbox. You will want to indicate that it is not SPAM to prevent this in the future. PLEASE NOTE – money being sent to your bank account as Direct Deposit is a separate process from the generation of the pay stub. Not receiving your Direct Deposit remittance does not mean that you did not receive your Direct Deposit.
Second is through the Employee Self-Service Portal. The directions to access this are listed below. This portal will allow you to view your paycheck information regardless of whether you have a live check or only Direct Deposit.
This system offers many features in the Employee Self-Service Portal that the District will be implementing in the future. The Employee Access Overview Guide goes through and reviews them all, but as the District implements a feature in the future, there will be additional communication regarding the feature and its use. Again, the District will not be utilizing all features of this new system on Day 1, but by sharing this now it allows you some insight as to where we hope things go in the future.
Leave plan accrual information (sick time, vacation, personal, etc) beginning balances will be uploaded and should be available in the next few weeks. Until this information is uploaded any accrual information shown may reflect just your usage from January 1, 2024 forward.
We have tested this with both IOS and Android cell phones and this page is able to be accessed through that method as well.

Employee Self-Service Portal – Employee Access Directions
Below is the direct link to the Dudley-Charlton Regional School District Employee Self-service Portal.
You should bookmark this link. It can also be found on the District website in the STAFF section as Employee Self-Service Portal.
The following are the basic steps necessary to login and access the portal.
First, click on the link. This will bring you to OKTA.COM email validation page – enter your work email address and password (if prompted).
This will bring up a Google verification page asking you to confirm that you want to share your account information.
From there, the first time you log in the system will verify that its you with the following prompts:
* Please note Home zip code is what we have on file at District Office.
This should bring you to the Employee Self-Service Portal website.
Once you are logged in the only tile to concentrate on right now is the Latest Paycheck tile where you can retrieve your paychecks from Jan 1, 2024 forward.
