Employees of the Dudley Charlton Regional School District who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week and who are not required to maintain a license to work in the district (custodians, support staff, paraprofessionals, secretaries, cafeteria personnel, etc.) contribute to the Worcester Regional Retirement System.
