Employees of the Dudley Charlton Regional School District who are regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week and who are required to maintain a license to work in the district (teachers, nurses, therapists, school administrators, etc.) contribute to the Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System. 

For enrollment in MTRS, please provide a copy of your DESE license.
