Employee Mandatory Trainings
Please complete the trainings below by September 30, 2024.
The Conflict of Interest Law training is not embedded in ArxEd, as it is a State Ethics, Massachusetts-controlled training. Massachusetts has finally set up a system that monitors your required timeline for completion when you log into your Mass Ethics training account. As a result, we no longer need to collect completed certificates. It is now your responsibility to ensure you are up-to-date with our annual notification to complete the mandatory training.
Please complete the MA State Ethics Conflict of Interest Law training by following these steps:
- Go to: https://massethicstraining.skillburst.com/User/index.php
- Enter your email and select create an account unless you know your password.
- As you create an account, you will be asked to register as a public employee and select the Dudley-Charlton RSD.
- You will receive an email to your work account to then log-in.
- Log-in and you will see the required next steps.
There is no need to print the certificates, but I highly recommend saving them to your files. Once you complete the Conflict of Interest Law training, you will receive an email with a link to your certificates, or you can find a tab at the top right of the screen on your logged-in home page to download and save the certificates
For more clarity regarding the Conflict of Interest Law certificates that you are required to keep up-to-date:
Certificate #1 - Annually, all are required to complete the training to the right titled "Acknowledge Receipt of the Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law for Municipal Employees." This training takes minimal time. The only exception are DCRSD employees who were hired during this summer [June-August] for the 2024-2025 school year. If you were hired last year, during the 2023-2024 school year, you must complete this requirement again. Once completed, digitally save the certificate.
Certificate #2 - Every two years, you are required to complete the training to the left titled State Ethics Commission Conflict of Interest Law Training. This training is approximately 1-hour. If you completed this last year, you are not required to do it this year. If you did not complete this last year, you are required to complete it this year. Please do not email us and see if you completed it last year as your log-in account with the State will provide you with that information.
