Flyer Distribution Form

If you are interested in having a flyer digitally distributed in our schools through a monthly school newsletter, please complete the form below. The Dudley-Charlton Regional School District does not distribute paper flyers.

You will be contacted by email after a decision has been made regarding your request. Please note that approval of a flyer does not guarantee immediate distribution. If your flyer is approved outside of a school’s regular newsletter cycle, the next scheduled school publication will be the only opportunity for DCRSD to distribute your flyer. Please plan your submission accordingly.

For planning purposes, school newsletters are generally distributed according to the following schedule:

  • Mason Road School – First week of the month
  • Charlton Elementary School – First week of the month
  • Heritage School – End of the second week of each month
  • Dudley Elementary School – Each Friday
  • Charlton Middle School – First school day of the month
  • Dudley Middle School – First week of the month
  • Shepherd Hill Regional High School – End of each month
