Deferred Compensation Plan

The Dudley-Charlton Regional School Committee will enter into an agreement to make a deferred compensation plan available to all employees. Those employees not eligible for membership in a public retirement system will be required to contribute to the deferred compensation plan.

Unless an employee is exempt by law, this will be a condition of employment.
