School Facilities Rental Information
The Dudley-Charlton Regional School Committee encourages the use of school facilities for educational, charitable, recreational and civic purposes, sponsored by recognized, responsible organizations. The Dudley-Charlton Regional School District is committed to ensuring that all of its programs and facilities are accessible to the public. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation.
We have begun using ML Schedules to help streamline the Facility Rental Process. Residents, staff members, and community groups must Register for an Account prior to making any facility rentals. After you have created an account, you are able to LOGIN for future reservations.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are using a facility that requires a custodian to be present during your event, please specify the exact time frame for which the custodian will be needed, as outside organizations will be charged for the time the custodian is on campus for the event.
All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by clicking the register button below. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The video and link below will provide additional information.
After you register, you are able to click on the log in button below and request a facility rental. There is also a video for additional assistance if needed.

All requests must be submitted a minimum of one month prior to the event.
