Volunteers

All school volunteers that may have direct contact with children, must complete in person a CORI form prior to any scheduled events with the Dudley-Charlton Regional School District. We cannot accept photocopies or faxed forms. A government issued ID must be presented (driver’s license, valid passport) with the completed form.

Employees
All applicants, school transportation providers, and others who work in the District and may have direct and unmonitored contact with children, must complete in person a CORI form and fingerprint-based state and national criminal record check prior to commencing service in the Dudley-Charlton Regional School District. We cannot accept photocopies or faxed forms. A government issued ID must be presented (driver’s license, valid passport) with the completed form.

Substitute Teaching the Dudley-Charlton Regional School District

If you are interested in substituting in the Dudley-Charlton Regional School District, please fill out the attached DCRSD Substitute packet and provide copies of 2 forms of identification to the Superintendent's Office at 68 Dudley-Oxford Road, Dudley, MA 01571. via email or in person.

New Employee Onboarding Forms

All documents and state forms must be submitted and reviewed prior to employment start date.  Please send all documents to Celeste Andrade at candrade@dcsrd.org or at the Superintendent's Office at 68 Dudley-Oxford Road, Dudley, MA 01571.

New Employee Benefits Packet

All benefit forms need to be returned within 30 days of your first day of work to the HR Director, MaryEllen Cerbone at mcerbone@dcrsd.org or at the Superintendent's Office at 68 Dudley-Oxford Road, Dudley, MA 01571.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for medical, dental, long term disability and life insurance benefits, you need to be scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week.  If you are hired as a long term substitute position or other temporary position, you need to be employed for at least 91 days to be eligible for benefits on your first day of employment.
