Youth Mental Health First Aid Training
April 24 & May 1 from 4:00pm-8:30pm

Youth Mental Health First Aid training helps a person assist someone (ages 12-18) experiencing a mental health crisis. Mental Health First Aiders learn a single 5-step strategy. Participants are also introduced to risk factors and warning signs for mental health or substance use problems.
